1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Prescription orders are processed only after the prescription is verified by our licensed pharmacist.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple delivery options for your convenience:

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship orders within the United States only.

  • We do not ship prescription medications outside of the state where our pharmacy is licensed to dispense.

  • Certain temperature-sensitive or controlled substances may not be eligible for standard shipping.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
You can track your package directly using the provided tracking link.


5. Delays or Issues

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at 


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a photo (if possible), and details of the issue.

  3. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
